According to the SIWA Constitution, we would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, from 9:30 to 11:30am at the Grand Ambassador Hotel. Agenda: 1) Reading of Minutes of 2009 Annual General Meeting 2) 2009/2010 Treasurer Report 3) 2009/2010 Welfare Chair Report 4) SIWA Executive Board for 2010/2011 Election 5) Guest Speaker: Park Kwangjin will uplift our energy and demonstrate the graceful and ancient martial art of tai chi. He will teach energy movements and provide us with some background on the history of tai chi. You are in for a special treat. You will have the opportunity to hear the Soyong Children’s Home orchestra. The orchestra is composed exclusively of children from this orphanage in Busan. The thirty enthusiastic young musicians have worked hard, practicing after school for many months, to present an impressive concert both technically and artisticly. SIWA has proudly sponsored the group by providing 7 new violins for 2009/2010.
