Becoming a Member Becoming a SIWA member is quite easy. You can register at any of our monthly coffee mornings, newcomers meetings or WWN meetings; or you can complete the on-line membership form and pay the membership fee (cash only) at one of the meetings mentioned above. Click here to complete the on-line the membership form. The membership fee is 50,000 KRW for the year which from runs May 1, 2008 to April 30, 2009. A half yearly fee is applicable for members registering between January and April. Membership's advantages Membership in SIWA entitles you: To receive the email newsletter from SIWAseoul@yahoogroups.com on the upcoming SIWA activities. Members who have email addresses are included in siwaseoul@yahoogroups.com mailing list. This mail list is used by the SIWA Board Administrator to distribute the email newsletter and last minute announcements to SIWA members. The mailing list will serve as a "Newsletter only" mailing list and is not used for group discussions. When your name is added to the group, you will be sent a confirmation email from Yahoo groups. Membership entitles you to a subscription to SIWA's Discovery magazine. Discovery Magazine is a bi-monthly magazine with articles written by SIWA members. It is a good way for members to share experiences & information about Korean culture, lifestyle as well as updated information on past and upcoming SIWA activities. Discovery is a magazine dedicated to our members and made by our members. Participation to its completion is a lively experience! Members are encouraged to help publish Discovery and/or write articles: if you want to join the team, please email: DiscoveryEditor@siwapage.com. Discovery is sent to your postal address.
